RFP: Professional Auditing Services

The City of Rock Hill is seeking qualified CPAs to perform a full financial audit of its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, with the option to extend the audit services for up to three additional fiscal years. The work involves a complete financial and compliance examination in accordance with South Carolina state regulations, requiring certified public accountants with experience in municipal audits.
