Development and Coordination of Two (2) Health Emergency Preparedness Exercises

The County of San Mateo is seeking a contractor to develop and coordinate two health emergency preparedness exercises. The exercises will be designed to test the county's response to health emergencies and will involve multiple stakeholders, including local healthcare providers and emergency medical services. The contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing the exercises, including planning meetings, training, and evaluation. The contractor will also be responsible for providing all necessary documentation and reports. • The exercises will be designed to test the county's response to health emergencies, including large-scale emergencies and surges in healthcare needs. • The contractor will work with the county's Health Emergency Preparedness Unit and other stakeholders to develop and implement the exercises. • The exercises will include a Medical Response and Surge Exercise and a Department Operations Center Functional Exercise. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary documentation and reports, including an After-Action Report and Improvement Plan.
