BWC Audit Assignment and Tracking Application

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) is seeking a contractor to provide an automated tracking, scheduling, and communication tool for premium audits. The goal of the Audit Assignment and Tracking Application is to house BWC policies for audit assignment, assign audits by auditor, and track the progress and status of audits. The application must be able to generate audit notification letters, reports, and have the ability for audit reviewers to review and assign audits back to auditors. The proposed solution must be a pre-existing, off-the-shelf product that can be customized for BWC based on their current application requirements. • Key features of the application include: • Automated tracking and scheduling of premium audits • Generation of audit notification letters and audit instruction letters • Ability for audit reviewers to review and assign audits back to auditors • Upload of actual audited payroll into BWC's CoreSuite system • Creation of an online audit process for employers to provide responses to audit-related questions and update actual payroll with tax documents • Compliance with BWC's reporting requirements and State IT Policy, Standard, and Service Requirements
