Description
The Washington State Department of Retirement Systems (DRS) seeks a Freshworks‑certified partner to design, configure, test, and deploy Freshservice workflows that automate the full employee/contractor access‑lifecycle. The contractor will replace an existing Excel‑based tracking system with a comprehensive, auditable solution covering hiring notification, onboarding, change management, and off‑boarding, while providing data migration, reporting, and knowledge‑transfer services. Deliverables include configuration of up to 250 software/contract records, updates to 150 service‑request items, up to three Azure AD workflow automations, training materials, UAT sign‑off, and full as‑built documentation.
• Build hiring‑notification, onboarding, change‑management, and off‑boarding workflows in Freshservice
• Migrate current access‑data from Excel into Freshservice and create 250 software/contract records plus 150 service‑request items
