Description
Central Washington University is seeking vendor input on a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and associated services to support its multi‑campus public university environment. The RFI requests detailed information on functional capabilities ranging from employee self‑service portals and core HR administration to payroll processing, benefits administration, analytics, and integration with Oracle Peoplesoft. Vendors must demonstrate experience in higher‑education HR, public‑sector compliance, and the ability to provide outsourced payroll, staff augmentation, and managed services.
