The Tempe Union High School District (TUHSD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud‑based Human Resources (HR) software suite. The solution may be a single integrated platform or modular components covering applicant tracking, onboarding, absence management, professional development, employee evaluations, reporting/analytics, and system integrations. The contract includes implementation, configuration, data migration, training, ongoing technical support, and optional future modules. The initial three‑year contract runs from January 14 2027 to January 13 2030 with two one‑year renewal options. Proposals are due November 5 2026 (2:00 pm AZ time); a non‑mandatory pre‑proposal conference is on October 9 2026.
