Description
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is seeking professional services to upgrade its Verint Suite (Workforce Management, Quality Monitoring, Desktop Processing & Analytics, and Speech Analytics) across eight production servers and to perform service‑account password changes. The work includes validating current patch levels, ensuring backups, installing the latest software patches and security tools, conducting after‑hours site acceptance testing, and providing go‑live support. The contract will be a one‑year firm‑fixed‑price arrangement with the option to renew at NTTA’s discretion.
• Upgrade and patch eight Verint Suite servers (WFM, QM, DPA, Speech Analytics) with the latest releases and security tools.
• Verify and/or establish backup procedures before any changes; perform service‑account password resets.
• Conduct after‑hours installation, condensed site acceptance testing, and post‑implementation support.
• Deliver consulting, training, and value‑realization services as part of the scope.
• All work must comply with NTTA’s information‑security requirements (encryption, PCI‑DSS, possible SOC 2 audit).
