The Franchise Tax Board is seeking a qualified vendor to refresh its security‑camera and access‑control infrastructure across seven district offices. The work includes supplying and installing BCD Video recording servers, iSTAR Ultra G2 GCM boards, and upgrading operating systems, database platforms, and application software (Milestone XProtect, C
