Parkland Health is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Application Management Services (AMS) and co‑sourced Human Resources Information System (HRIS) support for its Workday and UKG environments. The contractor will deliver Tier‑2 application support, incident and major‑incident handling, service‑request fulfillment, change‑control participation, release‑management, governance reporting, analytics, knowledge‑management, end‑user education, and continuous‑improvement services. The engagement is structured as a one‑year base contract with two optional one‑year extensions, and a 25 % minority‑/women‑owned business participation goal. • Tier‑2 support for Workday and UKG, including incident, RCA, and change‑control activities. • Governance, monthly performance dashboards, quarterly strategic roadmap reviews, and executive reporting. • Knowledge‑management documentation maintained in Parkland’s ServiceNow platform; mandatory compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, and Texas data‑privacy statutes.
