Mecklenburg County’s Park and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a cloud‑based, fully integrated Park and Recreation Business Management System. The solution must support customer account management, program registration, facility reservations, sports league administration, membership handling, point‑of‑sale transactions, financial management, reporting/analytics (including Power BI integration), online/mobile self‑service, accessibility compliance, and secure hosting. The contract term is three years with two optional one‑year renewals. Vendors must provide implementation, configuration, data migration, training, ongoing support, and hosting services, and must meet extensive functional, technical, security, and insurance requirements.
