Description
Mecklenburg County’s Park and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a cloud‑based, fully integrated Park and Recreation Business Management System. The solution must support customer account management, program registration, facility reservations, sports league administration, membership handling, point‑of‑sale and payment processing, financial accounting, reporting/analytics, mobile and web self‑service, digital accessibility, and secure hosting. The contract is for an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals and includes implementation, data migration, integration with existing county systems (e.g., Advantage, Power BI, ePACT), training, ongoing support, and service‑level guarantees. Proposals are due October 2, 2026; a non‑mandatory pre‑proposal conference is scheduled for September 21, 2026. Evaluation will consider functional fit (50 pts), project approach (5 pts), past performance (15 pts), staff qualifications (15 pts), and price (15 pts).
