Description
The Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) is seeking a qualified independent contractor to provide technical assistance in determining the appropriate rate of return, capital structure, and related issues for the AES Ohio Company in their multi-year distribution rate case. The selected contractor will be expected to provide expert analysis and testimony in support of the OCC's position in the case. The project is expected to last approximately 223 days, with a proposed end date of June 30, 2026. The estimated budget for the project is $35,000.
