Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources capable of providing a COULMED S SEALED DOUBLE DOOR CART & MOTORIZED TUGGER OR EQUIVALENT for the CARL T. HAYDEN VAMC in Phoenix, AZ. The equipment being requested is a motorized tugger system for transportation of sterile and non-sterile surgical instruments to various clinics throughout the facility. The system must meet specific salient characteristics, including having a sealed double door case cart with a motorized tugger, solid and adjustable shelves, and a clean and dirty indicator. The contractor must provide pricing for all items specified in the statement of work.
• The system must be able to provide a quiet ride and have lock door latches.
• The system must have locking 6” casters and ID etching for tracking purposes.
• The motorized tugger must be 25” L X 24” W and have an ergonomic thumb wheel control.
• The motorized tugger must have an on-board charging system and be able to operate for 8 continuous hours.
