D--Notice of Intent - Bloomberg Finance L.P.

The U.S. Department of Energy intends to award a sole source contract to Bloomberg Finance L.P. for a subscription to Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) service. The subscription will provide the DOE with access to real-time data, news, research, and analytics on the renewable energy sector. The contract is for a 12-month period and has an anticipated award value of less than $30,000.
