Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking to purchase Axon Switchgear for the Body Worn Camera Implementation Project. This project includes the purchase of hardware and licenses for the software on the switches. The contract will be awarded to a certified small business vendor. The scope of work includes the provision of Axon Switchgear, installation, and training services.
* The project requires the purchase of specific Cisco products, including Catalyst 9200L 48-port PoE+ switches and Cisco DNA Advantage licenses.
* The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor.
* The contractor must also provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
* The contract will be awarded based on the lowest bid, and the agency point of contact will recommend the award to a responsive and responsible master contractor.
