South Village Community Wastewater System – Segment 1, Londonderry

The Town of Londonderry is seeking bids for the construction of the South Village Community Wastewater System – Segment 1. The project includes the construction of a drip dispersal mound system, wastewater pretreatment system, equipment building, and sewer services with new septic tank effluent pump systems. Bidders must submit their bids by May 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A pre-bid conference will be held on April 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM. • The project is funded in part through the Vermont Clean Water State Revolving Fund and the American Rescue Plan Act. • The project requires bid security, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements, performance bond, and payment bond. • The project is subject to federal wage rates and the Build America, Buy America Act. • Bidders must comply with the Instructions to Bidders and the provisions of the contract.
