The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to safely remove existing infrastructure from the City‑County telecommunications tower located on West Mountain. The work includes site access, hazardous material handling, dismantling of tower components, disposal of debris, and restoration of the site to its pre‑construction condition. Bids must be submitted electronically through the state’s IONwave system or via sealed paper envelope by the closing date. The bid opening will occur on October 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM CT at the Purchasing Division office.
