Description
The U.S. Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial cleaning services for the Central Coast Ranger District. The contract will be for a base period of 6 months, with 4 option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance based on the results. Key requirements include:
• Providing regular cleaning services at frequencies determined by the government
• Furnishing all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work
• Performing work in strict compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions contained in the contract
• Meeting the government's evaluation of the results
