This RFQ seeks a small‑business firm to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the U.S. Forest Service Blackduck Ranger District office complex and associated out‑buildings (garage and bunkhouse) in Blackduck, MN. Work includes twice‑weekly general office cleaning, bi‑annual carpet shampooing, semi‑annual window washing, occasional deep‑cleaning of the bunkhouse, and all related labor and transportation. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, base‑year award (Jan 1 2027–Dec 31 2027) with four optional one‑year extensions, totaling up to five years of service. The award will be a total‑small‑business set‑aside; only qualifying small businesses may submit.
