Description
The Houston County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals for the construction of the SR 247 MSW Landfill Phase 6 Stage 2B and 2C Cells. The project involves excavation, structural fill, low permeability liner base, HDPE geomembrane, leachate collection layer, and other related tasks. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on December 18, 2025. The successful proposer will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond.
• The project consists of construction of approximately 1,345,000 CY of excavation, 2,938 CY of structural fill, and other related tasks.
