The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Northeast District is issuing an Invitation for Bid to purchase two (2) 25‑ton tilt‑type sliding‑axle equipment trailers. Delivery is required to 1711 Hwy 61 South, Hannibal, MO 63401 as soon as possible after award, with all costs (FOB‑Destination) including unloading and set‑up included in the unit price. Bidders may propose any brand/model that meets MoDOT’s specifications, must comply with Buy‑American and Anti‑Discrimination‑against‑Israel certifications, and must be registered on MissouriBUYS. The contract will be awarded on an “all‑or‑nothing” basis; payment is made in full after delivery and acceptance. Liquidated damages of $250 per day apply for late delivery.
