Description
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Families Together Building Solutions Services in Allegan and Barry Counties. The contract term is three years, with up to two one-year renewal options. The selected contractor will be required to provide services to families in need, including case management, counseling, and other support services.
