CDBG- Funded Ramada Structure & Common Area Walkways for Catholic Community Services

The City of Sierra Vista is seeking a contractor to construct a ramada structure and common area walkways for Catholic Community Services. The project is funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and is subject to federal laws and regulations, including the Davis Bacon Act and the Build America, Buy America Act. The contractor will be responsible for constructing a slab/foundation for the ramada and sidewalks, providing plans for the ramada slab/foundation, and supplying and installing appurtenances such as a ceiling fan, picnic table, and charcoal grill. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days from contract award. • The contractor must comply with federal laws and regulations, including the Davis Bacon Act and the Build America, Buy America Act. • The contractor must pay prevailing wages to all laborers, workers, and mechanics employed on the project. • The contractor must provide insurance coverage, including comprehensive general liability insurance, commercial automobile liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must submit a bid proposal that includes a base bid schedule and a bid add alternate schedule. • The contractor must comply with the City of Sierra Vista's terms and conditions, including the requirement to obtain a Unique Entity ID from SAM.gov.
