Description
The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the purchase of a 6” Emergency Stormwater Skid Mount Pump for the District Five Kepler Operations Maintenance Facility. The pump must meet specific requirements, including a Thompson Pump Model: 6JSCE-DCUS-2.8-MC, 6” Compressor-Assisted, High Efficiency, Solids Handling By-Pass Pump, and other technical specifications. The bid must include the price for the pump and delivery freight to DeLand, FL 32724. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
• The pump must be delivered as soon as possible.
• The bidder must be registered in the State of Florida’s MyFloridaMarketplace system.
• The bidder must submit a completed “In-State Preference Form” with their bid response.
• The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the General Contract Conditions and the MFMP Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
• The bidder must provide a warranty for the pump and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
