ALCM Expanding Tube Release System (ETRS) Rings

The United States Air Force is seeking to establish a firm-fixed price contract for the procurement of Expanding Tube Release System (ETRS) Rings for use in USAF AGM-86 Air Launched Cruise Missiles. The contract will be awarded to a qualified source, and all responsible sources may submit a proposal. The ETRS Rings consist of a fan expanding tube mounted in an aluminum ring with attachment flanges, containing an explosive cord.
