Description
The City of Highfill is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct a new booster pump station and accompanying master meter vault at the existing Tilly’s Hill Booster Pump Station site. The work includes civil site preparation, concrete structures, mechanical pump installation, electrical power and control systems, and final testing. The contract is expected to last roughly one year, with all construction activities to be completed within 360 days after award. Bids must be submitted by June 11, 2026. Documentation and addenda are available only through the designated websites.
