Description
The Maryland School for the Deaf is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal services at its Frederick Campus location. The contract will be for a one-year period with two optional one-year extensions. The contractor will be responsible for removing snow from designated areas, including parking lots, bus loops, and roadways. The contractor will also be required to perform shoveling of sidewalks and steps, if requested. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid with the most favorable bid price.
• The contractor must be registered in eMMA and must have the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the work.
• The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to perform the work.
• The contractor must maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work environment and must adhere to OSHA-MOSHA regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to its activities and obligations under the contract.
