Budget estimate

$120,000 – $200,000

No budget is listed, but based on typical costs for concrete walkovers (roughly $200‑$250 per square foot) and the total area (~750 sq ft), the contract value is likely between $120,000 and $200,000. Factors influencing the range include site access, required erosion control, permitting fees, and any additional civil‑engineering work.
