Description
The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD), a division of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, is requesting sealed responses for Trailer Mounted – Under-Bridge Inspection Trailers. A major customer for these items is the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). The contract term is approximately 2 years, with possible renewals. The contractor will be required to provide warranty service, including parts, repairs, shipping, and installation, free of charge and within a reasonable time.
• The contractor must provide a statement of intent to obtain and maintain the minimum insurance coverage specified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must complete and return the Mandatory Price Sheet with their response.
• The contractor must provide descriptive literature for the products offered, including manufacturer, brand, or trade name, and product number.
• The contractor must submit signed copies of all solicitation addenda, if any, with their response.
