Description
The County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide installation of landfill gas system improvements. The project includes the design, construction, and commissioning of a landfill gas system. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of gas collection wells, pipelines, and processing equipment. The successful proposer will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The project is expected to commence within ten calendar days after receipt of written Notice to Proceed and be completed within 365 calendar days.
• The proposal should include a detailed scope of services, cost proposal, and all required documentation.
• The proposer should have experience in providing similar services and meet the minimum qualifications set forth in the RFP.
• The County reserves the right to make one or multiple awards, or no award, and to negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract.
• The proposer should be aware of the County's Small Local Business and Procurement Nondiscrimination Program and Contract Compliance Requirements.
• The proposer should also be aware of the County's audit and inspection rights, and the requirements for records retention and indemnification.
