Description
The Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) is seeking a contractor to assist in administering the Clean Peak Energy Portfolio Standard (CPS) program. The contractor will be responsible for reviewing Clean Peak Resource applications, communicating with applicants, and providing customer support. The contractor will work within an online application platform and will not be involved in the development or maintenance of the platform. The scope of work includes reviewing applications, communicating with applicants, and providing analysis on application metrics. The contractor will be required to meet certain performance metrics and provide regular reports to DOER.
