The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA-Energy) is conducting market research to identify interested vendors capable of providing fuel products to DLA Energy's customers located in Azores, Portugal. The procurement includes the delivery of Gasoline, Automotive, (ULG) with an estimated quantity of 198,000 US Gallons. The delivery mode is via tank truck with a 2” female camlock at the listed location. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026 to August 30, 2029. • The contract type will be a Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract. • Offers must be submitted in US Dollars per US Gallon. • All responsible offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. • The response to this Sources Sought Notice should include company name, active entity profile in SAM.gov, Unique Entity ID/CAGE code, email address, phone number, and name/location of fuel supplier.
