Description
The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority is seeking bids for the demolition of parking lots at Hinsdale Oasis and O'hare Oasis, located at MP 25.0 and MP 37.9 on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) in Cook County, Illinois. The work includes pavement removal, sidewalk removal, curb and gutter removal, tree protection, removal of lighting units, grading, catch basin/handhole/ and manhole adjustment, landscaping, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, and other miscellaneous work. The contract is expected to start on or about June 22, 2026, and be completed by September 16, 2026.
• The bid opening meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on March 13, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. U.S. Central Time.
• Registration is required for the bid opening meeting.
• The contract requires the bidder to be registered as a small business in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) at the time bids are due.
• The bidder must provide a bid bond and vendor disclosure forms as part of the bid submission.
