The work must be completed within 60 days of contract award and includes full documentation of asbestos removal, waste disposal, and insurance compliance. • Demolition of the rear hotel structure (≈ 10,914 ft²) while preserving the occupied front building. • Licensed asbestos abatement for identified ACMs (bathroom floor mastic and east‑room floor layers). • Utility work: locate and cap water line; ensure no service interruption. • Complete debris removal, fill any wells/septic tanks, grade and seed the site for mowing. • Provide all required permits, insurance certificates, waste‑ticket documentation, and final site‑clearance reports.
