Description
The School Union 69 (SU 69) is seeking qualifications from energy‑services firms to design, engineer and construct a series of energy‑conservation and indoor‑air‑quality improvements at Hope Elementary School in Camden, Maine. The selected contractor will be responsible for the full scope of design, permitting, construction, performance guarantees, and ongoing measurement & verification under Maine’s § 15915 performance‑contract statutes. The contract may encompass multiple phases and cannot exceed a total value of $10 million.
