MK38 FY26 Portable Restroom

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking a contractor to provide portable restroom rental services. The contract will be for a base year with an option for four additional years. The contractor will be required to deliver and pick up the portable restrooms, as well as provide weekly service. The contractor must also provide a 4x4 containment tray for each restroom. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors. • The contractor must provide all necessary materials and services required for the portable restroom rental. • The contractor must deliver and pick up the portable restrooms. • The contractor must provide weekly service for the restrooms. • The contractor must provide a 4x4 containment tray for each restroom. • The government reserves the right to inspect and accept all deliveries at the destination.
