Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal snow removal services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Radar Site in Philipsburg, PA. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for snow removal services. The period of performance for the base year is from the date of award to 04/30/2026, and the option years will be from 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2027, 05/01/2027 to 04/30/2028, 05/01/2028 to 04/30/2029, and 05/01/2029 to 04/30/2030.
• The contractor will be required to provide monthly and annual pricing for each base and option year.
• The contractor will be required to provide a statement demonstrating their capability to perform the required scope of work, including relevant experience for the same or similar services within the past two years.
• The contractor will be required to provide information on their past performance on related contracts.
• The contractor will be required to provide a price quote for the services.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
