Description
The City of Stonecrest is seeking a qualified contractor to provide recreational access to South River at Everett Park. The project includes the construction and installation of a floating kayak launch system, asphalt driveway, and permeable interlocking concrete pavement system. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to complete the work. The project must be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the Construction Invitation to Bid (CITB).
Key aspects of the project include:
• Construction and installation of a floating kayak launch system
• Asphalt driveway and permeable interlocking concrete pavement system
• Drainage improvements and landscaping
• Erosion control measures
• Tree protection and disturbed area stabilization
• Outlet protection and concrete work
• Traffic control and maintenance of traffic plan
The contractor must demonstrate previous experience in performing similar services in the State of Georgia within the last three years and must possess all required licenses and certifications.
