Description
The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking contractors to provide seasonal haulage services for the Public Works Department. The work covers the Anchorage “Bowl” area, excluding the Hillside east of Birch Road, and requires a fleet of side‑dump and end‑dump trucks with qualified operators on an on‑call basis throughout the summer season. Bidders must submit hourly rates for each equipment class, meet strict insurance and compliance requirements, and adhere to tight response and submission deadlines.
• Provide side‑dump trailer services (minimum 4 trucks, 22‑26 cy capacity, 1995‑or‑newer) with operators – 200 hours total.
• Provide end‑dump truck services (minimum 6 trucks, 12 cy capacity, 1995‑or‑newer) with operators – 700 hours total.
• Submit a fully electronic bid by June 22 2026, answer any questions by June 12 2026, and furnish required insurance, certifications, and a responsible‑bid questionnaire.
