ESC Parking Lot Improvements

The Macomb Intermediate School District (MISD) is seeking bids for parking lot expansion. The project involves improvements to the ESC parking lot, and bidders must submit their proposals on forms furnished by the School District. A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond or a certified or cashier’s check payable to Macomb Intermediate School District for the sum of not less than five (5%) of the bid amount. • The bidder must submit a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner (bidder) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the MISD School Board, Administration or Staff. • Plans and specifications must be obtained from the Offices of Anderson, Eckstein and Westrick, Inc. • The bidder must comply with all requirements and regulations specified in the Contract Documents. • The MISD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities therein and accept that bid, which best serves the MISD.
