Avondale High School PAC Theatre Upgrades

The Avondale School District is seeking bids for the Avondale High School PAC Theatre Upgrades project, which includes electrical and mechanical upgrades. The project falls under Prevailing Wage requirements per Michigan Public Act 10 of 2023. Bidders must register with the State of Michigan LEO website yearly and provide certified payrolls. The project plans and specifications can be obtained electronically through PreconSuite or reviewed at the office of AUCH Construction. • The project requires a sworn and notarized familial affidavit and a certified cashier’s check or U.S. treasury listed security bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount for bids over $31,321. • Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. • The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein. • The project is subject to the Michigan-based Business preference.
