Description
The New Milford School District is seeking a vendor to design, supply, and install an integrated audiovisual (AV) solution for its auditorium theatre. The project includes an AV streaming system, a confidence‑video monitoring system, integration (or upgrade) of the existing Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Constellation HD video switcher, provision and installation of three 4K PTZ cameras with specified placement, complete electrical work for outlets and fixtures, and limited external audio integration for the woodshop room. Installation must respect shift constraints: auditorium work during first‑shift (daytime) and hallway/classroom work during second‑shift (after‑hours). The district expects the vendor to handle all electrical installations and to deliver a turnkey solution that can be funded concurrently for the streaming and monitoring systems.
