Description
The project involves removing and replacing shower partitions and bathroom stall partitions on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of the East Building at MDC Brooklyn. The contractor must provide all equipment and labor for the project, which includes removing existing partitions and accessories, and installing new powder-coated steel partitions with chrome zamac hardware. The project requires coordination with the COR for access and movement, and the contractor must provide industrial standard labor and materials warranties.
• The project includes removing and replacing 6-bathroom stalls and 7-shower stalls with changing rooms on each floor.
• The contractor must remove and replace all affected existing restroom accessories, including handicap grab bars and toilet paper holders.
• The project requires a performance period of 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to testing and/or acceptance of the project.
• The contractor must attend a site visit and submit a quote by Friday, July 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
