2025 BOND BID

The Coleman Community Schools is seeking bids for the 2025 Junior High/High School Renovations project. The project will utilize separate prime contractors, and all contracts for construction will be direct contracts with the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and accept a bid other than the low bid. • The project includes various bid divisions such as selective demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, general trades, roofing, glass and glazing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical, tile, flooring, painting, metal lockers, casework, fire protection, plumbing and HVAC systems, electrical, and site work. • A pre-bid meeting and project walk-through will be conducted on November 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM (local time) at the Coleman High School Cafeteria. • Bids must be received prior to 3:00 PM (local time) on December 5, 2025, at the Coleman Community Schools Administration Office or through Electronic Sealed Bidding via Building Connected. • The Owner will award contracts on or about December 15, 2025, to separate prime contractors for separate bid divisions or combinations of bid divisions.
