EXT AIR | 50433 Credit Liquidity and Bond Purchase

The San Francisco International Airport is seeking to pre‑qualify commercial banks and other financial institutions to provide credit and/or liquidity facilities, or to directly purchase airport bonds, supporting the airport’s financing program. This RFQ creates a pool of qualified proposers; no contract is guaranteed, and the Airport may draw on the pool at its discretion. Bidders must submit current credit ratings and demonstrate capacity to fund large‑scale bond issuances. • Eligibility limited to commercial banks or financial institutions. • Scope includes offering credit, liquidity facilities, or direct bond purchases for airport bond and commercial paper issuances. • Initial proposal due August 21 2026; final submission deadline May 31 2028 at 5 PM. • Evaluation based on financial ratings, capacity, and willingness to participate in the pre‑qualified pool. • No guaranteed award; the Airport may select from the pool as needed.
