RFQ 50433 - Credit and/or Liquidity Facilities and/or Making a Direct Purchase of Bonds

The City and County of San Francisco, through the San Francisco International Airport Commission, is issuing a Request for Qualifications to establish a two‑year pre‑qualified pool of commercial banks and other financial institutions that can (1) provide credit or liquidity facilities to support the Airport’s issuance of bonds and commercial paper, and/or (2) directly purchase those securities. The pool will be used on an as‑needed, non‑exclusive basis; contracts awarded from the pool may last up to ten years but are not guaranteed. Providers must meet strict credit‑rating minimums (long‑term ≥ A2/ A, short‑term ≥ P‑1/A‑1/F1) and submit acknowledgments of these qualifications.
