The contract will cover all phases from planning through ongoing support to deliver reliable high‑speed internet to eligible locations. • Design and engineering of broadband network layout. • Permitting, construction, and activation of fiber‑optic or other broadband facilities. • Ongoing operation, maintenance, and support services for the deployed infrastructure. • Work must comply with county regulations and serve designated expansion zones.
