Design Services for Soccer Fields

The City of Meriden is seeking to engage the services of qualified, certified, and licensed firms to provide environmental, engineering, and design services for the construction of two artificial soccer fields at 208 Lewis Avenue, Meriden, CT 06451. The project includes site research, investigation of existing utilities and site conditions, design of two game soccer fields, practice soccer field, irrigation systems, gravel parking areas, minimal landscaping, accessibility access path, fencing, and other related services. The selected firm will be required to provide a range of services, including schematic design, construction documents, colored renderings, and contract administration. • The project is expected to commence in Fall 2026 and conclude by July 2027. • The designer selection schedule includes evaluations, interviews, and award. • The proposal should include qualifications, experience, and cost proposal. • The evaluation criteria include qualifications, experience, ability to meet project deadlines, and financial responsibility.
