Description
The USAF Band of the West is seeking a commercial performance venue to host their "Holiday in Blue" concert series. The required period of performance is 14-16 December 2026. The venue must have a stage large enough to accommodate a 75-member band and its equipment, as well as a minimum seating capacity of 2,250 people per performance. The Majestic Theatre, operated by The Ambassador Theater Group (ATG) San Antonio LLC, is the only identified local venue that meets these requirements.
• The venue must have a stage with a minimum 56-foot depth and a 55-foot proscenium opening.
• The venue must have a minimum seating capacity of 2,250 people per performance.
• The venue's loading bay must be capable of accommodating two large equipment box trucks.
• The venue must have confirmed availability for the required performance dates.
