Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for the replacement of the existing roof systems on the Kentucky Artisan Center in Berea, Kentucky. The scope of work includes replacing SBS Modified Bitumen membrane system, slate shingles with asphalt shingles with a slate shingle appearance, and standing seam copper roofing with concealed clip, pre-finished standing seam metal roofing. Additionally, cut limestone capstones will be cleaned throughout the entire facility, and a small amount of aluminum storefront system will be replaced at roof gables.
* The project requires electronic bid submission through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
